Here’s how it works:
1. Print the order confirmation and include when shipping your razor.
2. Send in your razor however you choose - USPS Small Flat Rate box is our recommendation. The postage you have purchased is how we will return the razor to you.
3. We'll let you know when we receive your razor and you will receive a tracking number when your razor completes the upgrade.
4. Our turn-around time is 3-5 business days on average once we receive your razor.
